Produce all Talent Acquisition and Early Talent metrics and scorecard/productivity measures leveraging Power Bl and SAP Bl to analyze business data, including those that are related to employer branding and candidate experience to inform TA and Early Talent functions. Produce critical data points by leveraging multiple data hubs and tools such as Oracle, OBIEE, PL/SQL and SAP Talent Management modules to contribute strategic talent programs decisions. Lead vendor efficiencies tracking by processing complex data sets and working with Talent Acquisition (TA) Regional leaders to contribute to decision making process for vendor service selection and/or improve utilization. Work with HR stakeholders across the organization to support recruitment analytics queries. Provide report outs to senior leadership teams for ad-hoc and critical reporting requests. Function as a subject matter expert for all recruitment data and compliance reporting requests, conduct regular audits for data diligence. Lead implementing Talent Acquisition Reporting and Analytics modules in collaboration with HR Enablement and Innovation team, as well as third parties in major HR digital transformation projects of implementing talent platforms. Position is fixed location based in Beachwood, OH office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.
