The Global Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence Lead, a director level individual contributor role, is an insights-driven leader who will equip the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Leadership Team with the analysis, modeling, and recommendations needed to make informed strategic decisions that drive the organization forward. Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Employer Branding, this role provides the data, scenarios, and visualizations leaders rely on to shape a high-performing, industry-leading global TA function for Takeda. This position is currently classified as “ hybrid” in accordance with Takeda’s Hybrid and Remote Work policy. This hybrid role requires a minimum of five (5) in-office days per month at our Lexington, MA office.
