About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role within the People Team, combining leadership of hourly talent acquisition team with salaried recruiting and a wide span of People project work. This role is responsible for guiding a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, supporting high-impact hiring, and partnering closely with the Senior People Partner on broader People initiatives such as performance management, learning and development, and organizational programs. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Hamilton, Ohio headquarters, and is well-suited for a leader who can balance hands-on recruiting, team leadership, and cross-functional project work in a fast-growing organization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations, with exposure to both hourly and salaried hiring
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or influencing others in a professional environment
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, compliance, and best practices
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing recruiting execution with project-based People work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Experience working in fast-paced, operational, or growth-oriented environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support two hourly Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing clear day-to-day direction and prioritization
  • Partner closely with the Senior People Partner and broader People team to align talent strategies with business needs and People Team priorities
  • Serve as a trusted People Team resource to hiring managers and leaders across the organization
  • Oversee high-volume hourly hiring across operations and farm locations
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried and corporate roles, partnering with senior leaders on role definition, selection, and offers
  • Ensure a professional, inclusive, and compliant candidate experience at all levels
  • Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Support corporate People initiatives, including performance management cycles and People programs
  • Support recruiting systems, training and communications, and process standardization
