About The Position

Are you ready to make an impact in a global food processing organisation? JBT Marel is looking for a driven and analytical Global Spare Parts Master Inventory Scheduler to join our Global Spare Parts Excellence team. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring the availability of spare parts across our global distribution network. You will manage demand planning and inventory strategies to support on-time delivery, working closely with demand planners, procurement teams, and regional stakeholders. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in demand planning or inventory management within a spare parts or service environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE or similar).
• Experience in supply chain planning, production control, or inventory optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and risks.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and optimisation.
• The ability to make clear, data-driven decisions, even in complex situations.
• Strong written and spoken English, with experience working in multicultural environments.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) or PLM tools is an advantage.
• APICS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage global spare parts demand planning and ensure alignment with distribution centre capabilities and delivery targets.
• Provide regular insights into inventory availability (I/S/N/R items), including impact on stock levels, costs, and operations.
• Develop and review inventory segmentation (e.g. 9-blocks) across distribution centres and operating units in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with Demand Planners to prioritise order execution and ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Work closely with Procurement to optimise supplier agreements in line with inventory strategies.
• Analyse and manage demand planning data within systems such as SAP and SLIM4, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (RCI) to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working across Global Spare Parts.
