We're looking for a Global Social Media Design Strategist with the passion and experience to create what matters-one project at a time. This role drives design strategies across global and regional social media initiatives, ensuring high-impact visual content tailored for regional audiences while optimizing workflows through AI and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video VFX, and editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility across social media and B2B environments.
  • Expertise in content localization and adapting creative for regional markets.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven design tools and automation strategies.
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint design and development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-regional teamwork.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain design guidelines and standards for working file delivery, creative assets, SharePoint design, and presentation development.
  • Lead content adaptation initiatives and episodic content staging in EdHub SharePoint, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and regional relevance.
  • Consult on AI tooling strategies to enhance team and client goals.
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for Regional Marketing Managers and clients on design programs, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct design trainings on country-specific nuances, including "dos and don'ts."
  • Recommend templates and designs that drive regional adoption of corporate content.
  • Maintain and edit social media design files for consistency and accessibility.
  • Oversee creative asset delivery from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with standards.
  • Create high-impact presentations for GSM initiatives and leadership reviews.
  • Recommend visual data representation for reporting and client consumption.
  • Develop guidelines and walkthroughs for accessibility and branding.
  • Lead design and development for SharePoint content hubs, ensuring intuitive navigation and visual consistency.
  • Edit video, GIF, and image creative using AI tools for local market publication.
  • Research and deploy AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
