About The Position

Securitas Security Services is seeking a Global eSOC Manager to lead our Global Security Operations Center Program, which encompasses multiple Security Operation Centers within a unified portfolio. This role is critical for ensuring operations consistency and development across all SOCs, including training, policy formulation, service delivery, and data collection. The ideal candidate will be equipped providing regular program overviews and delivering metric reports to upper management on a quarterly basis. They must have previous experience in developing a high performing team with strong customer service skills and great communication while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Security Operations Center, emergency response facility, or military operations center, preferably in a supervisor or lead role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation and communication.
  • Knowledge of crisis management procedures needed.
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgement in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills a must.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional experience in scheduling, payroll, and training is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational direction and oversight to ensure initiatives are implemented based on client direction and company standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of eSOC staff.
  • Support and maintain audit documentation to meet auditing requirements.
  • Act as liaison between Global Program Director and Regional Security Managers or other client security team members as required.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with key stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain a professional environment in compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels, in collaboration with Client management.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping, attendance, and PTO.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Client not described herein.
