The Global Sales Operations Representative will be responsible for the processes and tools that enable our global business area to serve our customers, reports and leads. Our Global Sales Operations team works collaboratively and across functions, including Sales, Technical Services, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, e-business, IT and Executive Management to identify the business needs and ensure we can process our customers’ orders timely and efficiently. A successful candidate has a passion for operational excellence and supporting sales growth, and possesses rigorous analytical skills, strong organizational and reporting skills, exceptional attention to detail and strong experience in how to make our sales tools more powerful, user friendly and effective for our sales teams.
