About The Position

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving global revenue growth with a strong focus on the U.S. market, shaping and executing high-impact sales strategies in a fast-evolving, AI-driven environment. You will own the end-to-end sales vision, combining direct sales execution with the development of scalable channel partnerships. Working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will translate market insights into actionable growth initiatives. The role offers significant autonomy and influence, with direct impact on commercial performance and market expansion. You will operate in a dynamic, remote-first setting that values innovation, accountability, and results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus
  • 5 or more years of senior sales experience with a proven track record in revenue generation, ideally within AI-driven contact center, telecom, or related technology sectors
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. market, including enterprise buying behaviors and channel models
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams across regions
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and deal-closing capability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive audiences
  • High proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness to travel as required to support clients, partners, and team development

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global and U.S.-focused sales strategies to consistently drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization, setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Build and manage strong direct sales pipelines while developing strategic channel and partner ecosystems
  • Establish and nurture senior-level client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, offerings, and execution
  • Own sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, delivering clear insights to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement through sales enablement, training, and adoption of CRM and analytics tools
