About The Position

You will lead global workforce management strategies and productivity programs to improve labor allocation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer and employee experience across Levi's retail network. You will bridge strategic execution, ensuring agreement on global retail excellence goals. About the Job Labor Model Development & Optimization Work with the Levi's Process Engineer to build global labor models tied to Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work with the Levi's Digital Product team to deploy scheduling systems (UKG ProWFM) and forecasting methodologies for accurate labor planning. Productivity & Cost Efficiency Manage projects to improve store productivity and profitability through operational thoughtfulness and cost excellence. Analyze labor trends and implement strategies that link staffing to sales and traffic patterns. Global Workforce Management Expansion Standardize WFM practices, and reporting across regions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Support global rollout of new selling and service models, including training and certification frameworks. Promote partner Engagement and Deliver Training. Collaborate with Retail Training, Operations, and IT teams to deliver WFM solutions and training programs. Champion user-first approach for WFM tools, enhancing adoption and usability for field teams. About You Technical Expertise: Workforce management systems knowledge, labor forecasting, and productivity analytics. Leadership & Collaboration: teams and influence global partners. Data interpretation and decision-making based on Goals and labor metrics. Change Management: Experienced in driving adoption of new processes across diverse markets. This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.
