We deeply believe that bringing together a diversity of thoughts, expressions, and perspectives is key to building the best culture for equally diverse communities all over the world The Global Pre-Sales Specialist will support the centralized global pre-sales function, working closely with the Global Pre-Sales Manager to manage and execute pre-sales activities across regions. This role focuses on responding to RFPs, RFIs, customer questionnaires, due diligence requests, and security/IT inquiries, while maintaining and improving standardized documentation, methodologies, and templates.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales operations, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing role for a SaaS or IT company.
  • Strong exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-enabled services is required.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is required
  • Strong experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
  • Familiarity with security, IT, compliance, and due diligence processes in a B2B environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests across regions and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Understanding of common security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support global pre-sales activities across all deals entering the pre-sales stage.
  • Own and contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and other formal customer requests.
  • Complete customer questionnaires related to product capabilities, compliance, security, IT, and operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance) for complex or in-depth responses.
  • Maintain and continuously improve a centralized pre-sales knowledge base ensuring documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with company policies and product updates.
  • Provide first-level responses to security, IT, and due diligence questionnaires using approved standard answers and escalating complex request to relevant teams
  • Work closely with the Global Pre-Sales Manager to balance workload and prioritize opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales team members to ensure timely, high-quality pre-sales support.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline pre-sales processes and improve response efficiency.
