About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing Services, the Campaign Specialist supports the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our clients. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, contributing to campaign planning, content coordination and deployment, and performance reporting across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative, with effective communication skills and a growing foundation in B2C demand generation and campaign execution. This position if fully remote.

Requirements

  • Post Secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting or executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Foundational understanding of the B2B marketing, demand generation and lead lifecycle.
  • Ability to use data and reporting tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a SaaS technology, or data‑driven B2B/B2C environment.
  • Exposure to customer marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or product launches.
  • Interest in marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that align with client objectives, audience needs and go‑to-market priorities.
  • Coordinate campaign activities from concept through launch, including timelines, asset management, and channel activation.
  • Manage campaign elements across digital, paid media, email, social, content, and event channels.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Product, Content, and Creative to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Manage campaign assets, timelines, and dependencies to support on‑time and high‑quality execution.
  • Manage campaign budgets, resource needs, and vendor relationships as required.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as engagement, leads, and MQLs.
  • Participate in client meetings and internal status reviews, contributing updates on campaign progress, deliverables, and next steps.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and contribute to optimization recommendations based on results.
  • Ensure all content is audience-centric, and reflects the full customer lifecycle (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
  • Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
