This role will support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and documented Ways of Working within the Global People Services (GPS) functions. It will also support the launch of GPS’s document control for HR. The Intern will work closely with team members in the Employee Experience tower in documenting their work instructions. The position supports the execution of projects, programs and processes in the area of global and division specific HR compliance activities to meet regulatory requirements and routine internal/external audit needs. It also provides support to HRBPs to ensure compliant activation of activity within HRBP assigned geographies and client groups.
