The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all patient recruitment and retention activities are accelerated to enable a trial to start with most comprehensive and tailored solutions to support patient recruitment for all studies This individual will work closely with study teams (i.e., Study Delivery Leads) to ensure that robust patient recruitment & retention strategies are defined and implemented for each study.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within clinical research or patient recruitment.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or other Project Management Certification
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of the drug development process
  • Understanding of all relevant industry guidelines (ie; FDA, GCP and ICH guidelines)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of strategic recruitment plans across multiple studies and regions.
  • Ensure alignment of operational activities with recruitment objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Manage project deliverables from initiation through completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical operations, patient engagement, vendors, and site partners.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Support creation, review and/or editing of collaborative materials as related to PRR.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess recruitment progress and effectiveness.
  • Provide weekly progress reports and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met throughout the project.
  • Conduct final evaluations to assess project outcomes and impact.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
