Role reports to: Director Global Project Mgmt COE Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Senior Project Manager, Global Programs and Processes is part of the Pipeline Portfolio and Project Management function and is responsible for leading and executing business critical programs/projects and the associated teams in direct support of Kenvue business strategy. This role typically leads multiple programs and/or projects of significant complexity and business impact with a large degree of autonomy. The person in the position will have periodic interaction with and provide updates to senior executives and governances across Kenvue. The person in this position will manage multiple global/region scoped project teams and may have project managers and/or contractors report to them based on program scope and complexity. The Senior Project Manager, Global Programs and Processes role-models the COE's project management framework of standards and tools. This person will also bring to the position knowledge of program/project management, end-to-end product development processes, financial and cost management practices, as well as the ability to effectively lead, communicate within, and partner across and throughout Kenvue.
