About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Operations Quality Assurance - Head of Reporting & Data Visualization (Quality Assurance Senior Manager). This leader will support the strategic development and implementation of the new Global Operations Quality Assurance Utility with a specific focus on streamlining, standardizing and modernizing the Quality Assurance results reporting and program reporting. In this role, you will: Manage a Quality Assurance group or diverse and complex department focused on designing and defining quality programs and requirements for the business Modernize existing reporting processes and routines Support the Quality Assurance Utility through delivery of regular business activity reporting Align reporting with existing or new Key Risk Indicators/ Key Performance Indicators/ Key Control Indicators Ensure redesign and change management to resolve longer term concerns Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards Ensure effective communication strategy and adherence to company and unit policies, procedures and practices Assist with development of service level agreements and other departmental initiatives Achieving results through managers and more experienced Quality Assurance Analysts Collaborate with business partners to influence and enact updates as needed Provide direction through managers, ensuring quality standards are maintained and ensuring enactment of approaches to correct problems Allocate and coordinate resources and determine appropriate staff levels in alignment with quality program design, complexity, and work requirements Engage frequently with peers to advise and consult on matters regarding program effectiveness, change preparedness, technology matters, or service levels Conduct briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives as required Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Quality Assurance Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Experience developing and implementing a strategic solution to standardize and enhance the Quality Assurance results reporting
  • Experience supporting ongoing monitoring activities in compliance with the enterprise requirements
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (tableau, PowerBI, etc)
  • Proven success in standardizing reporting activities in alignment with enterprise requirements
  • Experience in large scale transformation environment
