The Global New Product Marketing Leader, is a visionary leader responsible for setting the global strategy and execution for new product and solution marketing across all regions. The Leader will be responsible for successfully delivering our NPD releases totaling over $800 million in revenue over the next five years. This senior leadership role partners with executive leadership, World Areas, and key customers to drive innovation, market expansion, and sustainable business growth. The Leader champions cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing, engineering, sales, and operations to deliver differentiated solutions that address critical customer needs. This role governs the new product development (NPD) process, ensures robust go-to-market strategies, and is accountable for the commercial success of new offerings worldwide.
