Requirements

  • Ability to translate strategic plans into executable, scalable campaign kits for pipeline impact
  • Proven experience in campaign development, including messaging, campaign execution and planning
  • Understanding of messaging frameworks and buyer journey stages
  • Ability to guide content creation and ensure consistency across assets
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events, etc.)
  • Skilled at working with content, digital, field marketing, and operations
  • Ability to align campaign assets with brand, audience, and regional needs
  • Ability to interpret high-level marketing goals and convert them into tactical deliverables
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to analyze results & optimize campaign kits based on feedback / data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating enablement materials and training regional teams on campaign execution
  • Must have successfully carried pipeline quotas before
  • AI-first mindset in generating campaign kits and in campaign performance measurement

Responsibilities

  • Create actionable, scalable campaign kits aligned to the Integrated Demand Program (IDP) strategy
  • Set and track campaign-level KPIs that ladder up to IDP KPIs defined by Program Leads
  • Determine campaign objectives along with appropriate communication vehicles, content, scheduling, approach, targeting and mix of strategies
  • Create comprehensive campaign kits that include messaging frameworks, content assets, channel strategies, timelines, and performance benchmarks tailored to target audiences and buying stages
  • Lead execution and generation of marketing content assets: emails, landing page, social posts, ad copy & banners, content offers; Tracking and reporting: campaign tagging guidance, performance dashboard template, lead scoring model
  • Ensure global campaign kits are adapted and localized appropriately for regional execution, factoring in cultural, regulatory, and market nuances
  • Support regional and functional marketing teams in deploying campaign kits by providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance
  • Support development of Sales enablement materials: outbound email templates, call scripts, one-pager / solution briefs, case studies, battlecards
  • Track campaign performance across channels and regions, gather feedback, and iterate on campaign kits to improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Ensure campaign kits adhere to global demand generation standards and maintain consistency in messaging, design, and execution across markets
