Our team specializes in trading funding structures and derivatives, including collateralized financing structures, insurance products, credit-linked notes, RSG derivatives, and securitized products.Our client base is primarily Latin America-focused and comprises financial institutions, banks, hedge funds, and large corporate clients." The team combines deep product expertise with strong client relationships to deliver innovative solutions. The EM Structured group is recognized as one of the most advanced in the market, having generated consistent revenues since 2012 while providing exposure to diverse asset classes including Credit, Rates, and FX. About Our Full-Time Analyst Program Join Nomura’s Graduate program in Global Markets, New York. We are looking for the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders to make an impression on our future. As a new Analyst joiner, you will also attend a four-week intensive Global Training Program with peers from our offices around the world. Nomura places great emphasis on the career development of our junior population. Our comprehensive program will focus on Global Markets technical training alongside business speakers and networking opportunities. The unique program will orientate you to Nomura’s history, values, and build your knowledge and appreciation of working within a Japanese investment bank.
