About The Position

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our key international automotive business units. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, demand generation, and regional execution, partnering closely with sales, product, and performance marketing to drive growth across global markets.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience in international or global environments
  • Proven demand generation and pipeline impact
  • Strong collaboration with sales, product, and regional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and digital channels
  • Ability to adapt messaging across cultures and markets
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technology, or automotive sectors
  • ABM experience and multi-country GTM exposure
  • UI/UX or conversion optimization experience
  • Multilingual (English required)

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual marketing strategy aligned to revenue and BU goals
  • Lead market, customer, and competitive analysis across regions
  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, email, events, paid media, partnerships)
  • Partner with performance marketing and agencies to optimize campaign results
  • Localize global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
  • Enable sales with messaging, insights, and high-impact assets
  • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
  • Track KPIs, marketing-influenced pipeline, and ROI by region
  • Manage and optimize the BU marketing budget
