The Global Lead Digital Technology ( DT ) – Commercial acts as the primary strategic interface between Commercial leadership and the Digital, Data & IT organization. The role ensures that technology investments, digital solutions, data capabilities, and enabling platforms effectively support the global commercial strategy, operating model, and end-to-end processes across sales, marketing, market access, and customer engagement. The role brings strong understanding of commercial biopharma processes and translates growth objectives , customer needs, and compliance requirements into clear digital and technology roadmaps. It serves as a trusted advisor to Commercial leadership and an advocate for the function within Digital, Data & IT, ensuring technology decisions are value-driven, scalable, and compliant with regulatory, privacy, and data governance standards. The Global Lead DT – Commercial shapes demand, orchestrates delivery across product, platform, and vendor teams, and ensures adoption and sustained value realization of digital solutions.
