The Global Lead, Bid Management owns the end‑to‑end global process for deal structuring, bid management, and commercial solutioning for complex, high‑value opportunities. This role combines leadership of global bid operations with oversight of commercial governance, structuring, pricing, and risk management for strategic deals. You will lead a global team of bid managers orchestrate cross‑functional stakeholder engagement, and ensure that Expereo’s most critical opportunities are delivered with persuasive, compliant, commercially optimized proposals that increase our win rate and strengthen long‑term customer value. This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional people leadership, and deep experience managing complex deal cycles in a fast‑paced international environment.
