About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Arvato as a Global Key Account Manager, where you'll take full ownership of client operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You'll oversee end-to-end logistics processes-from order fulfillment to process improvement and new product launches-while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional with strong communication skills to manage daily client interactions, drive commercial engagement, and lead contractual negotiations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • WMS knowledge in a distribution environment, SAP preferred
  • Minimum three years of Project or Account Management experience
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • High proficiency with MS Office and strong PC skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated professional who demonstrates ownership, initiative, and exceptional communication skills to lead commercial discussions and negotiations with clients

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for operational and financial processes for assigned clients, including daily client engagement and negotiation. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive commercial growth.
  • Initiate and deliver on order fulfillment, kitting and assembly, returns management, and multiple process improvement projects in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Own full P&L accountability, demonstrating strong ownership and financial acumen.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to ensure efficiency, profitability, and innovation.
  • Develop client presentations, participate in new product launches, and anticipate client needs through self-initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Manage day-to-day client issues, reporting, and invoicing while maintaining clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead a client services delivery team to achieve service level agreements, operational efficiency, and quality targets.
  • Plan and execute logistics activities for upcoming launches, display builds, and distribution orders for both B2B and eCommerce B2C deliveries.
  • Oversee invoicing, global status reporting, QBR preparation and presentation, project management, and continuous process review, including support in contractual negotiations.
