Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education.

Responsibilities
- Oversees multiple, cross-functional and technical projects.
- Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Align project priorities and service improvement timelines.
- Drive project planning, execution, and measure successful outcomes.
- Manage program reporting and metrics delivery.
- Maintain service reporting dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely updates and completion of operational reporting.
- Manage a diverse group of employees and implement service improvements.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to develop a strong hiring process.
- Support internal teams in gathering requirements for project solutions.
- Coach and guide team members for career development.
