The Global Internal Audit Governance Learning & Development (L&D) Vice President sits within the Global Internal Audit Workforce Management (WFM) team and serves as the subject‑matter expert for Global Internal Audit Methodology, Core Audit Skills, and related enabling technologies. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and maintenance of Global Methodology based learning to ensure the Internal Audit function maintains a consistently high standard of capability and a future‑ready skill set across regions. This role partners closely with the WFM L&D Vice President responsible for Global Internal Audit L&D strategy and framework, as well as the Global Methodology team to develop and deliver actionable, methodology‑aligned learning content.
