As a Global Industrial Engineer, the candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of direct and indirect labor for the assigned plant. They will collaborate with Vehicle Manufacturing Engineering, MSAP, and Product Development Engineering / Program Management to develop efficient operations for forward model programs, and they will work with the plant Industrial Engineers at their assigned plant to drive efficiency and maintain various ongoing measures of labor cost. The scope of responsibility will be a North American vehicle assembly plant, and occasional travel will be required to support new model build events and launches. As a Global Industrial Engineer, the successful candidate will be proficient in GSPAS, including both VPS and APT, with deep knowledge of allocations and time studies.
