About The Position
The Global Sourcing Director, Facilities/Global Real Estate/Plant Repair and Maintenance is responsible for developing world class strategy, processes and tools designed to deliver outstanding business results and deliver an annual operating plan for savings, working capital improvements as well as service delivery excellence. This role has direct impact on the financial performance of the businesses through the delivery of cost savings and cash/working capital improvement. This position is directly responsible for Honeywell’s total global Facilities/Global Real Estate/Plant Repair and Maintenance procurement strategy, execution and results across Honeywell. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Indirect Sourcing and will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid 3/5 work schedule.
