What you’ll do As Global Head of Sales, Business Development & Marketing, you will own and lead ATI’s global commercial strategy, with full accountability for diversified, sustainable gross margin growth and strategic relationship development. You will act as the Integrator across all commercial functions, ensuring alignment between Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver on ATI’s growth objectives. This role requires a balance of strategy, execution, and leadership, with a strong focus on building a resilient and scalable commercial engine.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading global sales, business development, and/or commercial strategy
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and portfolio diversification
  • Strong ability to build and scale high-performing commercial teams
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and partners
  • High level of commercial acumen, including margin management and forecasting
  • Ability to operate as an Integrator, aligning multiple functions toward shared outcomes
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
  • Decisive, accountable leadership style with a strong sense of ownership
