About The Position

This leadership role is responsible for building and scaling the operational engine that drives predictable, sustainable revenue growth across multiple business functions. The Global Head of Revenue Operations will oversee the end-to-end revenue process across Sales and Client Success, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and data integrity in a complex, transaction-driven environment. You will define GTM strategy, optimize workflows, manage CRM and reporting systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations. This role combines strategic planning, analytical expertise, and hands-on operational leadership to maximize revenue performance. You will also serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, providing actionable insights and driving accountability across global revenue teams. The position offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment where innovation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or FinTech environments, preferably with API or consumption-based revenue models
  • Expert-level proficiency in CRM administration and architecture (Salesforce required)
  • Advanced analytical skills with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and strong Excel/SQL capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability across GTM teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex data and processes to executive leadership
  • Experience in remote-first, fast-paced environments

  • Familiarity with digital assets, regulated financial services, and transaction-based revenue models is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and manage end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation to renewals and expansion
  • Partner with leadership to define GTM strategy, territory planning, sales quotas, and compensation plans across global teams
  • Optimize and simplify revenue workflows, including client onboarding, compliance handoffs, and product integration processes
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and GTM systems, automate KPIs, and deliver actionable analytics for pipeline, revenue forecasting, and account expansion
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage technology stack (CRM, sales engagement, commission software, data enrichment tools) to maximize revenue efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to operationalize new product launches and regulatory requirements
  • Develop standardized sales collateral, training materials, and playbooks to accelerate sales cycles and ensure consistency
