About The Position

The Global Head of Procurement is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s global procurement strategy to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and compliance across all regions. This role oversees sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation, while driving innovation and sustainability in the supply chain.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement technologies.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and sustainability practices.
