You will build and lead a global commercial team focused on driving sales and support for our chromatography product portfolio. Your strategic insight and technical expertise will be critical in collaborating with commercial partners and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will work closely with marketing and commercial colleagues to plan and execute regional initiatives, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. By staying on top of market trends and competition, you will identify opportunities to expand market share and grow the business. You will motivate your team to pursue new business, particularly in pre-sales projects, and represent our expertise to customers through high-level networking. Coordinating with sales teams, you will manage complex customer opportunities from prospecting to closure. You will ensure best-in-class application support is delivered on-site by a team of specialists. Customer and commercial feedback will be brought back to leadership to drive continuous improvement. You will play a key role in successful product launches and marketing programs, maintaining technical excellence and contributing to ongoing upskilling initiatives. Building relationships with industry leaders and decision makers, you will strengthen our market presence and reputation in Pharma/Biotech.
