About The Position

The Global Finance Talent Development Manager plays a pivotal role in implementing and advancing the Global Finance talent strategy. This position collaborates closely with the Finance leadership team and HR to oversee key initiatives, including: Talent development and engagement programs The Global Finance internship program Performance management processes Career management activities, such as development planning, internal mobility, and succession planning In addition to direct leadership responsibilities, this role ensures the consistent application of global talent practices across the Finance function. The manager works in partnership with Finance teams to facilitate development coaching and guide performance conversations. By leveraging data and feedback, the manager strengthens Finance capabilities, supports readiness for key positions, and drives effective succession planning outcomes.
