About The Position

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Global Events Sr. Specialist to work on The Global Events Team, supporting marquee third-party industry events and Brand proprietary events. This position will report to the Senior Global Events Manager and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual who likes to work in a fast paced environment in a global setting. This person is a self-starter, curious, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing organization.
• Proven background in tradeshow, meetings, or general event planning.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for onsite event support.
• Able to work onsite at our HQ in Santa Clara.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in software or cybersecurity marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the event lead and team in planning over 13 annual industry and proprietary events.
• Process and manage all logistics and administrative tasks to support event execution.
• Coordinate shipments, manage booth-staff schedules, support meeting scheduling, and open purchase orders.
• Actively participate in event planning meetings and calls with key stakeholders.
• Provide on-site operational support at events, including registration and booth staffing.
