This role focuses on driving initiatives with enterprise impact by translating strategy, data‑driven, and operational insights into scalable, people‑centered experiences that improve organizational effectiveness and execution. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, the Global Employee Experience Manager partners closely with HR and business leaders to strengthen culture, experiment with new approaches and technologies, and deliver experience solutions through agile, iterative project work. This role requires strong executive presence, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of data analytics and operational excellence.
