What to expect in this role on a given day: Assist in all administrative and operations areas for U.S.-generated global accounts Maintain reporting and documents to track existing global accounts\Facilitate communication with international subsidiaries to coordinate ongoing management of global accounts, including tracking documents out for signature, approval, PO’s, etc. Work directly with CSI teams located in Europe, Latin America, and Asia to provide customer and team support

Requirements

  • Are currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or International Business
  • Are interested in working in a global environment
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency required
  • Are detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
  • Maintain a positive attitude, upbeat, flexible and adaptable
  • Consider yourself to be a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
  • Are culturally sensitive and comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, management, and customers
