About The Position

At Participate Learning, we believe global education is essential for career readiness. Schools face increasing pressure to prepare students for success in a world where language skills, cultural awareness, and adaptability are critical. Through cultural exchange, dual language programs, and global learning initiatives, we empower students to engage across cultures, develop bilingual fluency, and apply their learning to real-world challenges. This approach ensures students gain not only academic knowledge but also the problem-solving and collaboration skills needed to thrive in their future careers. Global Leaders helps schools meet this challenge by aligning existing initiatives with a career-readiness framework. This framework equips students with leadership, problem-solving, and real-world skills, preparing them to succeed—whether they pursue entrepreneurship, vocational careers, or leadership roles in their communities.
