Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. ● Minimum of 7 years' experience in distribution operations. ● Minimum of 7 years' experience with warehouse management systems (Manhattan, SAP EWM, etc.). ● Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. ● Experience in data management, data quality, or related domains, with a solid understanding of data governance. ● Experience working with data quality tools, databases, and associated technologies. ● Familiarity with global data protection regulations such as GDPR. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage stakeholders across all levels. ● Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. ● Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement. ● Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and culturally diverse environment. ● Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
