I2X Technologies is seeking a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst (COSA-G) to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The selected candidate will be part of a team that performs daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense. The candidate will provide first level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local hardware, software and networks. The candidate will document and report all events/issues to leadership. The candidate will receive tasking and direction from the leadership for all operations, test & real world events. The candidate will also assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO. Operates and sustains the mission systems and/or training systems environment for operational and training missions. Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
IAT Level II Certification
Bachelors degree with 1 year of professional experience
Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments
Experience in system and/or network administration that include the following (UNIX, Linux, and Windows)
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components
Experienced in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity
US Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience and knowledge of Missile Defense Systems
Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA)
Experience using Confluence and Jira
Basic scripting (Bash)
Active Directory experience

Responsibilities

Performs daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense.
Provide first level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local hardware, software and networks.
