Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Technology Support team and has a new opportunity for a Manager Computer Operations & Support Services. This position is responsible for leading and providing oversight for several functional areas within IT, including Computer and Data Center Operations, Job Scheduling, Digital Print Services, and Internal/External Mail and Corporate Imaging Services. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of these areas, managing high-volume printing and related equipment, overseeing automated batch scheduling activities, and facilitating data center activities. The Manager will work closely with internal customers, other IT departments, and key vendors to ensure successful and timely operations and implementation of new systems and processes. The role also includes representing the areas of responsibility in internal and external audits and ensuring 24/7 uptime and staffing for the production data center. “This position is eligible to work hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy.
