MaintainX powers operational excellence for 12,000 businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions Inc., Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Xylem, and Shell. We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Manager of Compensation to design, build, and scale MaintainX's global compensation programs from the ground up. Reporting to the Senior Director of People, this is a foundational hire you'll be the first dedicated compensation professional at MaintainX, partnering closely with leadership across People Operations, HR Business Partners, Finance, and the Executive Team to ensure we attract, retain, and reward top talent as we grow. You'll start as a team of one, developing frameworks, tools, and processes that will scale with the business. Over time, you'll build and lead a high-performing compensation team aligned with business needs and organizational growth.
