About The Position

Major Areas of Accountability: Global Mobility Programs Serve as the point of contact for CWT intercompany moves (domestic and international) and oversee the end to end global mobility policy and process Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external global vendors such as mobility providers, tax preparers and immigration attorneys Develop cost estimates for global moves including tax implications to assist the business in decision making and budgeting Coordinate with global and local HR and Finance to determine individual transferee packages and document in the mobility agreement Get necessary approvals for moves and work with HR partners to communicate the process Track and report mobility related costs Work with global Finance groups and local country HR to ensure the proper cross-charge of expenses for transfers Continuously assess global process and procedures and monitoring the effectiveness of the policy and adjusting to keep competitive Base Pay Programs Analyzes market data to advice and counsel HR partners and business leaders on competitive pay decisions Provide analytical support in the development of merit budgets, salary structure modifications, and incentive plan data gathering and reporting. Evaluates job and determine internal equity impacts Leads and manages ad-hoc Compensation projects through initial kick-off to completion. Participate in approved salary surveys through the collection and reporting of data to third-party survey providers. Incentive Plan Administration and Design Support the overall planning and execution of the annual global merit and bonus payout cycle. Assess incentive program effectiveness through various plan design modeling and determine cost impact Partner with CWT Finance to conduct financial modeling and impact of compensation programs, as they relate to the business Drafts communications to HR, managers and employee

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • 3+ years Global Mobility or related experience
  • Requires at least 7+ years of progressive, related work experience in human resources, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), exposure to HRIS and prior experience with Market Pay highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.

  • Previous Global Compensation experience preferred.
