About The Position

Varex Imaging is seeking a highly experienced Global Compensation Manager to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across a multinational organization. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in global compensation strategy, incentive programs, pay equity analysis, job architecture, and executive-ready analytics. Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global program design, job evaluation, and incentive administration.
  • Ability to advise and influence leaders at the Director/VP level.
  • Expertise in global compensation structures, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with pay equity analysis, job architecture, and enterprise compensation governance strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Compensation modules and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of global compensation strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Conduct global job evaluations, market benchmarking, and salary structure assessments.
  • Drive annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, equity, and deferred compensation programs.
  • Support and evolve Short-Term (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, including executive exposure as needed.
  • Perform ongoing pay equity reviews and market adjustment analysis using structured methodology.
  • Prepare and present compensation insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure governance and compliance across regions.
  • Champion modernization and continuous improvement efforts, including Workday Compensation optimization.
