Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned strategic and analytical Principal, Global Compensation Partner to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company compensation functions. Conducts job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes salary structures, reviews job descriptions, develops salary budgets and prepares policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. Works with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess competitive labor market trends. Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation that may affect compensation policies. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a key internal consultant, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure our pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our organizational goals.
