You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson & Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&R BLOCK. The Global Compensation & Benefits Manager plays a critical role in shaping, managing, and continuously improving ABBYY’s global Total Rewards framework. This role combines strategic program ownership with handson operational execution across compensation, benefits, and governance. You will partner closely with the Director, Engagement and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and thirdparty vendors to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with ABBYY’s global philosophy. This role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and an ability to translate complex data into clear insights and scalable solutions. You will influence global Total Rewards strategy while ensuring excellence and accuracy in daytoday program delivery.
