We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Commercial Head, Bispecifics to join our Global Oncology Franchise Team, advancing AstraZeneca’s mission to transform cancer care and improve patient outcomes. This position reports into the VP, Global Franchise Head, Bispecifics. In this pivotal role, you will shape commercial strategy and lead launch readiness for our lead bispecific agent, which is being developed across a number of indications and tumor types. You will be responsible for developing and driving the overall commercialization plans across indications and tumor areas, by collaborating directly with Global Product Team (GPT)/ R&D Franchise leadership teams, Medical, Market Access, Diagnostics, Regional teams, country teams and other OBU functions, as well as Tumor Council committees. Leading the Integrated Business Team across regions and playing a leading role on GPT, you will oversee the planning and execution of commercialization efforts, ensuring teams are aligned and effective across regions. This leadership position is central to ensuring AstraZeneca brings cutting-edge immuno-oncology therapies to cancer patients worldwide. This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus (US Headquarters for Global Oncology Business Unit).
