About The Position

Kymeta is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented account manager to join our small Global Commercial Business Unit. This role supports our channel partners and system integrators across land mobility, maritime, and industrial markets by coordinating internal execution and ensuring commercial programs run smoothly. This position acts as the internal point of coordination for partner-driven opportunities — supporting proposals, tracking program milestones, maintaining CRM accuracy, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a global commercial team in a fast-paced satellite communications environment. This position is based at our facility in Woodinville, WA and reports to the SVP, Global Commercial Business.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in program coordination, account support, commercial operations, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and ticketing or project tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a B2B technology environment.
  • Basic understanding of contracts, revenue tracking, or commercial processes is a plus.
  • Interest in satellite communications, telecom, or mobility markets preferred.
  • Willingness to learn technical product basics and support troubleshooting coordination when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support channel partner opportunities by coordinating internal resources and tracking deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation in collaboration with sales, finance, product, and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and support pipeline reporting and forecasting updates.
  • Track program timelines, milestones, and key dependencies to ensure on-time execution.
  • Support partner trials, demonstrations, trade shows, and marketing initiatives by coordinating logistics and internal teams.
  • Monitor contract status, service-level commitments, and commercial documentation to ensure compliance and follow-through.
  • Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate account owner.
  • Escalate risks or blockers early to ensure partner satisfaction and successful program execution.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance channel support efficiency.
