About The Position

Assist in the development and management of Golf Pride's paid media strategy and investment plans across digital performance marketing channels, endemic media partnerships, and content creator programs. Collaborate with our external media agency, to support media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting activities. Organize and track performance for multiple paid media campaigns. Support the development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools planned for 2026. Assist in compiling insights and updates to be shared with cross-functional partners. Support commercial budget management activities, including processing purchase requisition forms, tracking expenses, and assisting with financial documentation related to media investment. Assist in planning and coordinating on-site events, agency visits, and other media or marketing activations. Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, visits, and brand-related activities. Partner with internal teams to support broader marketing needs such as retail signage, in-store promotions, program planning, and marketing asset coordination.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, paid media, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • A communicator - you get information across to various teams/departments in a clear and effective manner
  • A collaborator - you love working with teams around the world and creating a shared purpose and solution

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general reporting tools is a plus.
