The Global Analytics Lead reports to the Director of Consumer Insights and is responsible for the design, architecture, and maintenance of analytics products. This role owns the global design for Analytics Solutions and requires deep knowledge of PowerBI, ideally with some complementary data engineering skills. The ideal candidate is a senior PowerBI developer and business analyst with hands-on data analysis experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, combining strong Power BI visualization skills with working knowledge of data engineering concepts, including Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake. All of these skills enable close collaboration with data engineering teams and hands-on contribution when needed. They must be self-directed, enthusiastic, and excited to build and support the next generation of Duracell’s analytic platforms. This role combines analytics solution architecture, hands-on Power BI leadership, and light data engineering collaboration, with influence across global business and IT teams.
