Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience.
  • Around three years of experience in a similar role; advanced degrees may substitute experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes and global standards.
  • Basic project management skills including timelines and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with GMP and CSV to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Translate user requirements into practical system solutions with external integrators.
  • Conduct informal testing to verify functionality before formal validation.
  • Support IT and QA teams to deliver high-quality documentation on time.
  • Evaluate Phase 2 requirements to reduce complexity and favor process improvements.
  • Provide and execute test cases for system interfaces like MES, SAP, and CDS.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders for smooth system integration.
  • Run business test cases and escalate critical issues when needed.
