About The Position

The 2026 Spring Fellowship Program is a three-month, part-time fellowship for undergraduate students. Fellows will work closely with the Glade Brook Capital investment team to evaluate and support investments in venture- and growth-stage startups. The Fellowship is targeted toward undergraduate Sophomores and Juniors based in North America. Applicants should demonstrate strong academic performance and initiative. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant coursework in finance, computer science, or related quantitative fields. Fellows will participate in an educational program alongside the program, including sessions on: Deal structuring Valuation analyses Due diligence Fund operations The Fellowship program will culminate in an onsite day at Glade Brook’s offices to spend time with the team in person.

  • We seek highly motivated undergraduates who are curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial.
  • Ideal candidates are excited to learn how technology investing works, enjoy evaluating new products and markets, and can communicate effectively with team members and founders.
  • Candidates should have a genuine interest in startups, venture capital, and emerging technologies, including AI, software, fintech, and deep tech.
  • The Fellowship is targeted toward undergraduate Sophomores and Juniors based in North America.
  • Applicants should demonstrate strong academic performance and initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing support: Identify and research high-potential startups across priority sectors
  • Market & company research: Conduct deep dives on companies, products, and competitive landscapes; synthesize findings into clear written insights
  • Investment diligence support: Assist with diligence by gathering key data, analyzing business models and unit economics, and summarizing key risks and open questions
