GIS Solution Analyst Sidwell - Remote Responsibilities · Implementation and management of GIS projects as part of the Sidwell team including: o Implementation of Esri technology o Implementation of Sidwell technology (Esri based solutions) · Work collaboratively/effectively within all areas of the Sidwell organization o Customer engagement o Training on Esri and Sidwell solutions o Assist with business development opportunities as necessary · Working under the direction of the Director of Professional Services document and implement the latest Esri technologies and solutions · Continuous communication with customers to ensure project tasks are completed · Bi-monthly forecasting and reporting on assigned projects and tasks · Must understand the financial implications of project forecasting Personal Qualities / Characteristics: · A driven individual who can engage and collaborate respectfully, quickly, and privately across all levels of the organization · An organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and gather appropriate personnel and resources to complete tasks · Good communicator who can effectively relay information between departments · Ability to set and meet deadlines · Confident yet respectful of others · Readily accepts coaching and direction with an ability to adjust approach based on feedback. · Dependability and reliability to follow through on tasks and commitments · Inquisitive and looking for the best solutions to meet a problem Qualifications: · 5+ years of proven success implementing Esri solutions · Extensive understanding of Esri GIS technologies and concepts including: o ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Solutions and Applications o Intermediate/Advanced JavaScript, Python and/or Arcade knowledge o Experience in publishing and administering ArcGIS Server services o Has successfully built and configured Esri field and applications solutions with Esri Field Maps and Web AppBuilder and/or Experience Builder · Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and an understanding of database design and administration · Experience in setting up and maintaining nightly database and automation scripts · 5+ years working within a team to meet monthly goals · Self-motivated who exhibits sense of urgency to complete tasks · Proven success in understanding various technologies and concepts utilized by local governments. · Communication, presentation, follow-up and relationship building abilities Bonus Qualifications · Has proven experience working with and implementing geospatial solutions to local governments · Experience configuring and migrating local governments to ArcGIS Parcel Fabric · Familiarity with the process of editing parcels and land records in GIS or CAD platforms. · Experience in writing technical documentation related to product solutions Harris provides mission critical software solutions for the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities and Private Sector verticals throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
